It is a great honour for us to introduce our head chef Patrik Bečvář - a member of the National Team of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the AKC ČR, winner of the Singapore Olympics (2018), holder of gold, silver and bronze medals from world competitions, holder of the title of Chef of the Year (2013) and participant of the European round of the Pelegrino Young Chef competition. He came to Královka from the position of chef of the French restaurant in the Municipal House. Thanks to his immense talent, experience and passion for honest work with quality ingredients, every dish from his workshop is simply unforgettable.

The Royal Restaurant with fusion concept presents first-class dishes served in a unique location - that's a short way to describe the restaurant, which can be found on the first floor of the main building of the Royal House. When planning its concept, our passion for top-quality gastronomy, which combines the finest ingredients with modern preparation technology under the guidance of an experienced and exceptional chef, was a key factor. We have succeeded in fulfilling this vision without reservation and adding additional attributes that will make every visit to the Royal Restaurant an unforgettable experience.

The Royal Restaurant offers, besides the enjoyment of eating selected dishes, a huge selection of wines (up to 200 varieties!), great service, beautiful interior and last but not least a unique view of the Jizera Mountains. Our menu will satisfy all your tastes as it combines cuisines of different styles and nationalities.
